ReplyDeleteThanks Pine Valley Girls for nominating my "girl" Julie for this award! I do like to keep her blog as authentic as possible. Since Julie is a 70s girl, and wouldn't know what blogging is, I'm gonna answer your questions in the comment section, OK? Here goes:
1. How many dolls do you have in your collection?
If we're talking modern day 18 inch dolls, I have 14.
2.Which is your favorite doll?
My Springfield Collection doll Maria/Sofia (renamed Julie Newman), and AG Julie (renamed Sunny Albright)
3.Would you rather have many inexpensive dolls or one super expensive doll?
I'm a big advocate of Springfield Collection dolls, and own all 7 of them. I only have 4 American Girls I bought used, so I guess there's your answer.
4. If you could choose one American Girl historical time period to live in, what would it be?
Well, my dolls are all 70s kids, b/c that's when I grew up, and I think it was the best time to be a kid. If I could go back in time, it would be to the 70s.
5. Have you ever dreamed about dolls?
Sometimes. Mostly that they've come to life and taken on the personalities that I've given them.
6. If you could be a bender, (water, earth, fire, air) what type of bender would you be?
I would have to say Earth. Strong, steady and constant.
7. What style of clothing do your dolls wear?
70s, of course!

I do own a few bellbottoms!
